Erin Tucker, BS, CPT
Hi I’m Erin Tucker, Jim and Kathy’s daughter. I recently graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Health Science and emphasis in Community Health. After years of indecision about what to study and what I want to be “when I grow up,” I found my niche in Health Education. I always knew I wanted to work in the field of health and wellness and realized that I love helping others become healthier individuals. It is my goal to enhance the well-being of my friends, family, neighbors, and community through health and fitness education.
I was a competitive volleyball player for nearly ten years, so I have lived, breathed, and loved fitness for a significant portion of my life. It is leisure for me! I also enjoy doing yoga and Pilates, playing volleyball, dancing, hiking, hanging out with my family and friends, and doing anything outside when we get nice weather. I became certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise so that I can spread the same passion that I have for fitness to others.
Roy’s passion is improving lives through exercise and nutrition. He believes good health is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, and is thrilled that he can help people reach their health and fitness goals. As a Certified Weight Loss Specialist and Nutrition Consultant, Roy can guide you on your “fitness journey.” His personal interest include competitive cycling and golf.
Roy’s Credentials include:
National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer
National Academy of Sports Medicine, Weight Loss Specialist
Metabolic Effect, Nutrition Consultant
TRX Suspension Trainer, Group Training Certified
Exercise is a love of mine. I played competitive basketball from fourth grade through college. Along the way, I graduated with a degree in counseling psychology. I have always wanted to be in a profession helping others. Personal training is a great combination of these two passions.
I sustained many injuries along my fitness journey, so it is my goal to help others prevent injuries by teaching them how to move correctly. I am certified through the American Counsel on Exercise, and am currently pursuing a specialty certification in functional training.
I love my job as a personal trainer, but my most important job is being a mom to two wonderful children. I understand the importance of maintaining my health and energy to be able to keep up with those two rascals. Exercise is a key element to enjoying my life to the fullest, and I want to help others exercise well and have fun doing it!
